The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien is a fantasy classic, Set in Middle-earth, a place like Earth at some distant time in the past, the story began as a sequel to Tolkien's 1937 children's book The Hobbit, but eventually developed into a much larger work. Written in stages between 1937 and 1949, The Lord of the Rings is one of the best-selling books ever written, with over 150 million copies sold.



Unfortunetly Amazon's Lord Of The Rings gets demolished online after series of comments from actors who claim some very worrying comments regarding the TV show along with just outright lore breaking themes taken from J.R.R. Tolkien's original vision which seems to be the current trend in Hollywood.
