President Donald J. Trump is expected to lay out his domestic and foreign policy agenda during his address to a joint session of Congress at the U.S. Capitol. His speech comes the same day tariffs were enacted on Canada, Mexico and China. The president is expected to begin speaking at 9 p.m. on March 4, 2025.
