I went jetty fishing, I won BIG before the sunset. Jetty fishing at surf side has been the best it has ever been! Fishing at surf side has never been better. I wonder if it has to do with the warm winter. I have been trying very hard surf fishing, but had no luck the first time. I decided to go with my gut, so i went to the jetty to try out my luck. I started out cast netting for prime bait to use, i got a decent amount of mullet. Hit the beach, no luck... But then...IDK why but, surf fishing for big fish has been very slow up here in the upper texas coast. I hope it gets better!
