Snowskin:
Glutinous rice flour 33g
Rice flour 33g
Wheat starch 20g
Caster sugar 20g
Milk 150g
Condensed milk 12g
Oil 20g
Matcha powder 0.5g
Purple sweet potato powder 1g
Food coloring(skyblue)

Custard filling(3 flavors):
Egg 2(Each one weights 65g with shell)
Caster sugar 30g
Milk 60g
Heavy whipping cream 40g
Wheat starch 20g
Cake flour 20g
Milk powder 20g
Unsalted butter 30g
Matcha powder 1-2g
Cocoa powder 3g

Cooked glutinous rice flour(prevent stickiness):
Glutinous rice flour 2 tbsp
