Anna had the whole baby duck, holding it up and she starts folding it up on the spoon saying... It has no taste, it's not bad. The best part about eating Balut is the flatulence that occurs shortly thereafter. Ahhh... the aroma. My Filipino wife simply adores the dutch ovens that I give her after a night of eating Balut with Beer chasers.
