I feel myself lucky as i found this channel soon at the age of 15
I am a 18 year old skateboarder with a 2 month old daughter, I have been watching huberman for those 2 months and I can’t explain how positive his role in my life is, especially as a kid who grew up fatherless. Andrew Huberman is one of the greatest men on the internet, and for that I thank him. A real gift from God.
Dr. Huberman, I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible educational content you share. As someone who is neurodiverse and not particularly well-educated, your podcasts have been an absolute game changer in helping me better understand the nature of human existence. I truly appreciate that you don't 'dumb down' the material, but instead present complex topics in a way that feels accessible yet deeply insightful. Your work has helped me learn and grow in ways I never thought possible—thank you
Thank you Huberman Lab for delivering this episode when I needed it the most
I strongly agree with the idea of creating time capsules. A low lift way is journals. They don't have to be pretty like we see in IG. mine started out as a bunch of loose word docs. Over the years they became mindmaps. Starting to journal was one of the best decisions I ever made (up there with learning how to dance!)
Monday should be renamed as Andrew Huberman day !!!!
PLEASE do an episode on egoism and how it’s toxic. I feel like it could help a lot of people identify problems. (:
Can you make a video about teaching people about finance? Like financial literacy, investing, stock market, etc. Even for students like me.
Dr. Huberman, kan you make a podcast about what God means to you, how did you discover God, what means for you to pray? Dou you believe in afterlife? Thank you so much for all your podcast ❤
I wish Ari Wallach was President not only of my country but of the entire world on this planet)) I think this approach to life alone could give every one os us a sense of purpose so strong that it would easily put an end to much of our suffering (incl. that from addictions and mental disorders). Great conversation
Andrew Huberman made me fall in love with science. The topics are gifts to humanity. Thank you...gratitude ❤

Time capsules? What about the works of art? Botticelli's Venus, Sagrada Familia church, the Elgin Marbles, the remains of Olympia and so on? I think these represent the pinnacle of the story of humanity ❤
This was a super positive episode. Thank you Ari and Andrew.
Thank you Dr Huberman Sir to bring zero cost science for general public. NSDR also helping me a lot in getting out of neuropathic pain and brain fog and headaches. Thank you so much for all that sir. Jai Hind 🇮🇳 and May the God bless you and may the god bless the USA 🇺🇸
I would like to thank both of your for the great podcast. Especially the discussion mid-way around "fast gratification" reminded me of the concept of "low time Preference" and "high time preference", usually directly impacted by the money we use. Would be awesome if you invite a specialist from the field to dig deeper. I am convinced that with our "broken money", this trend of instant and ever faster gratification is supported. We need to turn back to sound money, to fix this trend.
