Great passenger service? I'm not convinced after out recent trip to London. Azuma train was late into Doncaster as it had broken down earlier but was now fixed. The ticket reservations are a waste of time as they weren't working on the train ( again ) so seating was a free for all. The train then broke down again at Peterborough. The return journey was marginally better ( 225 ) That also had the ticket reservations not working and the heating in coach D stuck on full. This couldnt be turned down as only maintainance are allowed to do it and only at Leeds apparently. Bit of Joke really.
